5 steps to cleanse your own energy

Have you had this too, that when you’re around someone who has something amazing to tell you, that you can practically féél their enthusiasm radiating off them? Or when you meet a friend and she just keeps complaining… about her kids, her ex, her boss, her mother…. And without really being aware of the process, you start to feel irritated or frustrated, where you didn’t really feel like this before.
While we may technically know we can pick up on other people’s energies, most of the time we don’t actively become aware of it when it happens. So when you start to notice you picked up on some unwanted negative energy, we can support our system to make sure our energy gets back to being our own.

I know you know what I mean when we talk about picking up on someone else’s energy, we’ve all experienced it before. Also with buildings that feel ‘off’ somehow.
But then how come we don’t do something about it most of the times? If I speak for myself, I often don’t really realize my bad mood or even anger are in fact not my own. I guess that is because I ám in that state of mind, that negativity at that moment. The next day, things can feel much clearer and it might be only then that you realize what happened. Or you might not notice it at all! In the podcast I also talk a bit about why we often don’t notice this happening.
But a video or podcast like this might bring this back to your awareness, and next time you might be more perceptive to see that it’s in fact not your energy.
And if you do notice, you can easily and very quickly get your own energy cleared up again and protected at least for the rest of the situation. And with so many spiritual practices (because that’s what this is) the more you do it, the faster and more intuitive it becomes the next time you need it. It will come to a point where you will hardly have to think about doing the practice at all.
