When I felt completely OFF, here's what helped me

Anxiety, stress and feelings of insecurity are really just energies. These energies are often located very high up in your body. When you experience this, it can be super helpful to do an exercise that grounds you more firmly in your body.

The other day, I was just having one of those days. It happens to the best of us, right?

Only, I didn’t want to feel like that on that particular day…. I knew it was going to be a tough week, with my kid off from school for 2 days, while I was going away on training for another 3… Just not perfect.

So when it turned out that I wasn’t acting as energetically and efficiently that Monday, as I had hoped during the weekend that I would… I just started to feel weird. I felt kind of sweaty, a bit shaky, heart beating loudly, high up in my throat, and however hard I tried, I couldn’t get anything useful done. 

What to do?

I have this lovely, short exercise that I did, that can really turn these feelings around. It doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be more effective instantly (sorry, can’t do magic), it only means you won’t have those sweaty palms and shaky feeling anymore.
